Seats differ by who can change, import, and formally decide — not by hiding the project from Reviewers or Stakeholders. Sized independently so a wide read audience doesn’t cost what authors cost.

- Can we license just one module?
- Yes. Any one of the five stands alone — unused modules do not appear and are not billed. Add more later without a migration; it was always one database.
- How do we get a quote?
- Start a free trial, or talk to sales. Quotes are sized to the modules and seats you need, plus deployment and any optional add-ons or assurance.
- What’s the difference between Cloud and Dedicated?
- Both run on our AWS and we manage them the same way. Cloud gives each organization its own isolated database on shared infrastructure. Dedicated gives you a dedicated database cluster and KMS key for higher isolation. A BAA is available on either hosted option. Self-hosted runs entirely in your environment.
- Do we have to use electronic signatures?
- No. Signatures, approval chains, and controlled states are workflow settings. They ship off. Turn them on only where you need them.
- Is this only for regulated work?
- No. Regulated programs are where we are sharpest, but teams with nothing to certify run the same modules with the compliance controls left off.
- Does the trial include everything?
- Yes. Thirty days, no payment, full platform, in your own workspace with a populated sample project. Then license only what you keep.
- Do bundles cost less than buying modules separately?
- Yes. Core, Professional, and Enterprise are priced below the sum of their modules. Custom combinations are quoted as the modules you pick. SBOM is always à la carte.
- What’s the difference between Creator, Reviewer, and Stakeholder?
- Creators author and may initiate reviews. Reviewers get project read and, when invited as a deciding participant in a formal review, can approve, reject, and e-sign — no authoring or import, and they cannot start a review. Stakeholders get named-only project read and comment (including in a review when invited) but cannot approve, reject, or e-sign. Both Reviewer and Stakeholder see the live project. Creator and Reviewer seats may be named or floating; Stakeholder is named only.
