Live records compiled into the documents you have to produce

Regulated work still has to leave the system as documents — trace matrices, compliance reports, submission artifacts. The risk in most toolchains is that those documents are hand-assembled and immediately begin to drift from the live data they were copied from. TraceUnified generates reports from the current records: build a template once, run it against live data, and export to Word, Excel, or PDF, so the document reflects the real system of record at the moment it’s produced rather than a snapshot that’s already aging.

Templates, datasources, and scheduling

A report template defines the shape of the output; datasources define what it draws from. Together they let you build both standard documents (a requirements trace matrix, a compliance report) and your own custom templates for whatever your process demands. Reports can be run on demand or on a schedule, so recurring documents — a weekly coverage report, a monthly quality summary — are produced automatically rather than remembered manually. Permissions govern who can run and see them.

Controlled, signed output for submission

When a report needs to be more than a convenience — when it is the controlled artifact — regulatory document signing applies a Part 11 signature to the generated output. That turns an exported document into a governed, signed record suitable for submission, closing the loop between the live data and the formal evidence a regulator receives.
